Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Wiping tables and chairs to sanitize surfaces for the next diner.
  • Clearing used dishes, utensils, and food trays from tables and passing them to the dishwashing area or central return points.
  • Arranging dining chairs neatly in an orderly manner after tables are cleared.
  • Spot-mopping or cleaning spills on the floor of the dining areas as needed.
  • Clearing refuse from waste bins to the main bin centre and replacing the bin liners.
  • Reporting any sanitation issues, maintenance needs, or broken equipment to a supervisor.
  • Adhering to safety regulations and hygiene standards set by the company and the National Environment Agency (NEA).
