Position: Account Executive (Partial Set)
Working days: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
Location: 8 @ TRADEHUB 21, 8 Boon Lay Way 609964
Salary: $2,500 to $3,000
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with basic accounting tasks (Accounts Payable & Receivable)
- Perform data entry in accounting systems (SAP)
- Prepare and issue invoices, and follow up on payments
- Support monthly bank reconciliation and GST reporting
- Communicate with customers and suppliers via phone/email
- Maintain filing and documentation (physical & digital)
- Update and monitor stock records
- Handle general administrative duties (calls, emails, coordination)
- Support other ad hoc tasks when required
Requirements
- Min O Level
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
