Job Summary

Manage full sets of accounts using ABSS MYOB and oversee HR and administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts using ABSS MYOB to ensure accurate financial records
  • Perform bank reconciliations and prepare cash flow reports to monitor company liquidity
  • Verify vendor invoices with designers and ensure timely payments to maintain good supplier relationships
  • Arrange GIRO payments for staff salaries, claims, and commissions to ensure accurate and timely disbursements
  • Prepare and reconcile GST for quarterly reporting to comply with tax regulations
  • Conduct monthly closing and generate sales reports to support business analysis
  • Manage HR and administrative tasks including applying and renewing work permits to ensure compliance
  • Perform general office administration and complete other assigned duties to support daily operations
  • Use Excel to analyze financial data and improve reporting accuracy
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and resolve issues
  • Organize administrative processes to enhance office efficiency and maintain detailed records
  • Work independently and manage workload under pressure to meet deadlines with accuracy

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • At least 5 years of accounting experience to demonstrate proficiency in financial management
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills to support various administrative and reporting tasks
