Responsibilities:

• Research and pursue new business opportunities within the IT solutions space.
• Initiate contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Understand client requirements, present product solutions, and provide accurate sales quotations.
• Lead contract discussions, negotiate terms, and close sales successfully.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through consistent outreach and client engagement.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams (technical support, product development) to deliver seamless solutions.
• Offer consultative support to help clients improve their IT infrastructure and operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in IT sales or business solutions sales.
• Genuine interest in technology, IT solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or system integration.
• Awareness of current industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Practical and business-savvy mindset with attention to detail.
• Solid telephone, face-to-face personal skills, presentation, and time management skills.
