• Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarder
• Position Title: Account Management Executive (Sales Support)
• Working Location: Central – Marymount
• Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 8.45am - 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries, prepare, and present quotations
• Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships
• Follow up on cold calls and potential leads to drive sales and achieve targets
• Prepare and submit month-end sales reports

• Min. O level
• Min. 1 year of related experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry
• Experience in account management / Sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry is preferred
• Primarily responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts (farmer role)
• Possess class 3 license is a plus
• Company car will be provided for client visits when required (not on a frequent basis)
