Job Description

  • Position Title: Sales Executive / Account Manager

  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients through methods such as cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain positive and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and clearly explain the benefits of our printing and IT services.
  • Respond to customer questions and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities.
  • Review market information to identify new sales opportunities and adjust sales approaches when needed.
  • Prepare clear and competitive quotations and proposals. Effectively explaining our value to customers is important for this role.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure products and services are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system, and provide regular sales updates and forecasts to the sales manager.
