• Location: Central (Walking distance from MRT station)
• 6-month contract role

A leading healthcare company is currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join the team on a 6-month contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payment
• Verify invoice accuracy, approvals and compliance with company policies
• Review and process employee expense reimbursements
• Maintain vendor master data and handle payment-related enquiries
• Monitor AP/AR aging reports and ensure outstanding balances are addressed promptly
• Prepare payment runs and process online payments/wire transfers
• Handle AP and AR aging reports and reconciliation duties
• PRF raw data maintenance and reporting support
• Assist in coordinating billing processes and invoicing schedules
• Support monthly closing activities and reconciliation duties
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, auditors, 4PL vendors and external parties

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 3 years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Excel reporting skills
