Job Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation
Prepare monthly/yearly financial reports, cash flow and management accounts
Handle costing and manufacturing accounting functions
Monitor inventory, production costing and stock reconciliation
Handle GST submission and liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, government authority and submitting surveys
Process payroll, CPF contributions, IR8A submission and include work permits applications and renewals
Maintain and update accounting, payroll and ERP system
Manage HR matters including staff records, leave and onboarding
Oversee office administration and general documentation
Maintain and update accounting, payroll and ERP system
Provide basic IT coordination and software support for office operations
Liaise with software vendors for payroll, accounting and ERP systems
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
Support management on finance, operational matters and ad hoc requirements
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in accounting, HR and payroll
Experience in manufacturing accounting and costing is preferred
