Position : Accounts & Admin Executive (Full Set)
Location : Tuas (Company transport provided: Various MRT pick up points)
Working hours : Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + AWS + Flexi Benefits (Dental, TCM) + Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
Support in month-end and year-end closing activities
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow updates
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain fixed asset schedules
Assist in GST reports and other tax-related matters
Support inventory and stock accounting
Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing
Handle accounting administrative tasks
Requirements:
At least a Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
Prior experience in audit is advantageous
