Position : Accounts Executive (Construction / Project Accounting)
Location : Lower Delta Road (Bus nearby)
Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4500 + AWS + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Manage project accounting, job costing, WIP and project budget reports.
Monitor project performance, AR/AP ageing and inventory control.
Prepare timely project and financial analysis reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting requirements.
Process payroll and submit yearly IRAS Auto-Inclusion Scheme reporting.
Perform ad-hoc administrative and finance-related duties.
Requirements:
Diploma or higher qualification in Accountancy or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in construction, project accounting or job costing will be advantageous.
Familiar with FRS 11 / FRS 115 and statutory accounting requirements.
Proficient in Sage 300, especially PO, Project & Job Costing and Inventory modules.
Detail-oriented, independent and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients who can only communicate in Mandarin
