• Position : Accounts Executive (Construction / Project Accounting)

• Location : Lower Delta Road (Bus nearby)

• Working hours : 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am-6.00pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4500 + AWS + Medical Benefits

• Duration: Permanent

• Industry: Construction Industry

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Manage project accounting, job costing, WIP and project budget reports.

• Monitor project performance, AR/AP ageing and inventory control.

• Prepare timely project and financial analysis reports.

• Ensure compliance with statutory and accounting requirements.

• Process payroll and submit yearly IRAS Auto-Inclusion Scheme reporting.

• Perform ad-hoc administrative and finance-related duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Accountancy or related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Experience in construction, project accounting or job costing will be advantageous.

• Familiar with FRS 11 / FRS 115 and statutory accounting requirements.

• Proficient in Sage 300, especially PO, Project & Job Costing and Inventory modules.

• Detail-oriented, independent and able to manage multiple deadlines.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients who can only communicate in Mandarin
