Job description

Our client is a private education institution. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Accounts Receivables Executive to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cash count to ensure accurate reconciliation of collections and banking activities
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of refunds
• Ensure accurate and prompt posting of daily transactions, including invoices and receipts
• Monitor the performance and scope of work of outsourced teams
• Support the invoicing team and liaise with business units to provide technical and operational solutions
• Prepare month-end closing journal entries
• Prepare and review accounts receivable (AR), revenue, scholarship, and discount entries
• Prepare audit schedules, bank reconciliations, and analytical reports
• Generate AR-related and collection reports, including support for management reporting (e.g., board deck and TMM slides)
• Support ad-hoc operational and audit requirements, including responding to audit queries and providing required reports

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelors in Accounting or related field.
• Min 3 years experience in AR
