Work Location: Bukit Merah

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $2,000 – $4,000 (Based on experience and citizen)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to support our daily operations, accounting activities, and customer service functions. This role contributes directly to operational efficiency and financial accuracy within the company.

Key Responsibilities (Mapped to SkillsFuture Competencies)

1. Office Administration & Coordination

Manage day-to-day office operations, calls, emails, WhatsApp enquiries

Prepare quotations, invoices, SOA, and administrative documents

Maintain filing systems, client contracts, and service records

Coordinate with operations team on job scheduling and technician deployment

Update internal reports, service logs, and job tracking sheets

2. Accounting & Financial Administration

(SkillsFuture Keywords: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, GST Filing Support)

Perform AP/AR tasks and bookkeeping using Excel or accounting software

Handle billing, bank reconciliation, and monitoring of outstanding payments

Prepare monthly aging reports and GST-related documentation

Assist in month-end closing and support finance for audit/tax preparation

3. Customer Service & Relationship Management

(SkillsFuture Keywords: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Service Excellence)

Provide timely updates to clients before and after services

Manage enquiries, feedback, and follow-ups professionally

Support contract renewals and coordinate appointment scheduling

Ensure accurate communication between clients and operations team

4. Operations Support

Assist technicians with service documentation and NEA records

Track monthly contracts, service visits, and reporting requirements

Coordinate supply purchases and inventory updates

Support management with ad-hoc operational tasks

Qualifications

Singaporean / PR / Malaysian(WP)

O-Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business, Accounting, Admin or related fields

1–2 years of experience in admin or accounts role (training provided)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting concepts

Strong organisation skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
