  • Industry/ Organization Type: Landscape Design
  • Position Title: Admin & Accounts Executive
  • Working Location: Commonwealth (Walking distance from MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm; Sat (WFH), 9am - 1pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle basic accounting tasks with MS Excel, Word, and the Odoo ERP accounting system.
  • Handle general administrative tasks like managing accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, filing, issuing purchase orders and quotations, tracking project payment claims, preparing GST, managing petty cash, and maintaining records and communications.
  • Organize resources effectively using online tools like Google and Facebook.
  • Manage product inventory and stocks.
  • Arrange shipments.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as needed.

  • Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative and accounting role
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
