Job Description:

• Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, record keeping and managing phone correspondence.
• Maintain and update customer and vendor records in the company system.
• Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Manage import and export documentation, including permits, AVA health certificate applications, packing lists and export invoices.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and other logistics partners to ensure smooth shipment operations.
• Assist with stock management and conduct inventory checks as required.
• Compile and report Greenhouse Gas (GHG) data to the Finance department.
• Provide support to other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
