Job description

  • Perform general administrative and operational duties

  • Check, process, and upload insurance policies and related documents

  • Handle high-volume data entry and documentation

  • Maintain proper filing and records management

  • Support claims documentation and administrative processes

  • Assist with invoice preparation and data entry

  • Follow up on work orders and required documents

  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • Diploma qualification or equivalent

  • Strong willingness to learn and take initiative

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
