Perform general administrative and operational duties
Check, process, and upload insurance policies and related documents
Handle high-volume data entry and documentation
Maintain proper filing and records management
Support claims documentation and administrative processes
Assist with invoice preparation and data entry
Follow up on work orders and required documents
Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
Diploma qualification or equivalent
Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
