  • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture of Electrical Equipment
  • Position Title: Admin Assistant (Sales Support)
  • Working Location: Nearest MRT – Woodlands North/Admiralty
  • Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and follow up on customer inquiries.
  • Prepare quotations, provide sales support, and perform administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with customers regarding quotations and purchase order issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • NITEC or “O” levels holder.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
  • Service oriented
  • Team player with good problem-solving skills.
