Job description

Our client is a Marine and Offshore Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Admin Assistant to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - easily accessible.

  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Location: Penjuru Lane
  • Transportation Provided (Bishan/ Serangoon/ Choa Chu Kang/ Jurong East)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to HR Operations.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and enquiries.
  • Welcome and assist visitors and walk-in guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of reception and common areas.
  • Manage visitor records, deliveries, and incoming mails.
  • Update company phone list monthly.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
