ADMIN CUM BOOK KEEPER

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Admin cum Bookkeeper to join our team.

Job Description

Maintain up-to-date dailyfinancial records, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).

Monitor, record, and reconcilecompany expenses & receipts.

Prepare and issue invoices toclients, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts politely and professionally.

Assist with an organized physicaland digital filing system for corporate documents, contracts, and financial records.

Provide general administrativesupport to team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Perform any other administrativeduties and ad-hoc jobs assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Minimum GCE "O" Level /Diploma or equivalent.

Able to handle paperworkresponsibly.

Able to communicate in English; Mandarin is an advantage for supplier/staff communication.

1–3 years of proven experience ina combined administrative and bookkeeping/accounting role.
