Work location: Novena
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: $3500 per month

1 year contract

Job Scope:

  • Assist with applications processing for professionals
  • Attend to emails and telephone enquiries relating to applications and claims
  • Assist in event accreditations from event providers
  • Generate reports to monitor practitioners who have or have not renewed their licences and other ad-hoc reporting
  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in administrative or operations support preferred, preferably in healthcare or regulatory environments
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle email and telephone enquiries professionally
