📢 We're Hiring: Administrative Assistant

📍 Location: Ubi
🕘 Work Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Grace Hospitality Services is a growing cleaning company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Work closely with the Operations Team to ensure smooth day-to-day activities

  • Handle staff attendance, overtime records, scheduling, periodic table
  • Assist in operations teams in planning the schedule
  • Take note whether if manpower is shortage
  • Maintain and update administrative documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

✅ Requirements:

  • Best able to start work immediately or short notice
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Prior experience in admin support is an advantage
  • Must be Singaporean
