Roles & Responsibilities

• Offer and propose freight solutions to customers.
• Receive and arrange air export shipment bookings from customers.
• Coordinate shipment flow: Arrange pickup.
  Book flights with carriers.
  Manage warehouse logistics.
  
• Monitor shipment status: Check departure and status of booked flights.
  Handle recovery processes if necessary.
  
• Respond to customer and overseas agent queries regarding shipment bookings and rates.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.

Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
