• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics
• Position Title: Air Freight Operations Officer/ Air Export & Import Documentation Officer
• Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (9 AM – 6 PM) Sat (9 AM – 1 PM) (alternate Saturday upon confirmation)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + OT
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare draft AWBs, coordinate permits before shipment arrival, and manage email communication with customers/agents.
• Verify cargo details at the warehouse (pieces, weight, dimensions), update the system, and print AWB copies.
• Submit required documents (FWB, FHL, permits), send pre-alerts for air export, and support cargo release/delivery and inspections when needed.
• Handle customs permit declarations and submit shipment details via CCN to Singapore Customs.
• Support air import/export billing and related emails.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
