Airport Passenger Support Officer - 1 Year Contract

Job description

Contract Duration: 1-year contract

Salary Range: up to $2600 per month

Work Location: Singapore Changi Airport

Working Hours: Rostered on shifts (AM, MID and PM)


Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site assistance to international travellers who need help with submission of forms
  • Guide travellers with the use of automated lanes
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Rquirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with international travellers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with tablets or kiosks.
  • Able to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Able to work on shifts and weekends and public holidays
