What You'll Be Doing:
• Manage hospitality service portfolios including housekeeping, waste management, pest control, landscaping, linen & laundry, and portering services
• Oversee vendor performance to ensure service standards, contractual KPIs, and operational expectations are achieved
• Monitor compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, workplace safety, and audit standards
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency
• Work closely with stakeholders and service providers to resolve operational issues and enhance service delivery
• Manage contract governance, documentation, performance reporting, and audit readiness
• Support budgeting, procurement, and cost management to optimise resources and value for money
• Lead improvement projects and operational initiatives to strengthen service delivery and organisational performance
• Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment
