Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR business partnering support to assigned divisions and departments.
  • Manage recruitment activities for specialist and non-specialist positions, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.
  • Support talent acquisition initiatives and candidate management processes.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and onboarding programs.
  • Process medical manpower listings and maintain accurate staffing records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Min Degree In HR /Business or related field
  • Min 4 years of relevant HR experience in Healthcare environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with database management systems will be advantage
