Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned procedural service points, including front counter services and administrative workflows.
  • Partner with clinical leaders and nurse managers to resolve operational, system, and process issues in line with SOPs.
  • Manage annual budgeting, financial reviews, and service development initiatives for assigned areas.
  • Identify and mitigate safety risks to ensure a safe, clean, and patient-friendly environment.
  • Plan and execute CAPEX and OPEX procurement to ensure operational readiness of service points.
  • Drive service improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and achieve departmental KPIs.
  • Develop and implement clinical service plans to meet volume and financial targets in collaboration with clinical stakeholders.
  • Coordinate licensing renewals, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness for procedural areas.
  • Maintain licensing records, manage corrective action plans, and support staff compliance training.
  • Manage renovation projects from planning to completion, ensuring minimal service disruption.
  • Coordinate contractor handovers, quality checks, and operational readiness post-renovation.
  • Support business continuity planning, SOP reviews, staff training, and downtime preparedness.
  • Collaborate with transformation teams on quality improvement and operational excellence projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Healthcare operations experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight timelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
