Hi Urgent hiring,

Key Responsibilities:

·      Technology Partner:Collaborate with business users (e.g. HR, Payroll, Finance) to understand theirneeds and assist in implementing effective technology solutions.

·      Configuration Expertise: ConfigureSuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Payroll‑related configurations,PMGM, Time Management / Time Off, LMS, Recruitment and Onboarding,SmartRecruiters, etc.), including setting up public holiday calendars, workschedules, substitutions, absences, validation rules, workflows, and role‑based permissions forvarious employee categories and locations.

·      Compliance Assurance:Ensure HR applications comply with business controls, security standards,regulatory requirements, and audit expectations through disciplinedconfiguration, access governance, and documentation.

·      Integration Projects:Assist in analysing and supporting integrations between SuccessFactors andother systems (e.g. Time Management systems, SAP S/4HANA / ECP, SAP Concur,BPOS (for the integration between SuccessFactors and Microsoft ActiveDirectory), and other third‑partyplatforms), including defining workflows, value mappings, exception handling,and integration artifacts.

·      Holistic Analysis:Evaluate business needs while considering system interdependencies, risks, anddownstream impacts to propose practical and feasible solutions.

·      Team Support:Support team alignment by sharing knowledge, maintaining documentation, andencouraging adherence to HRIS best practices.

·      Project Assistance:Assist in planning, managing, and supporting enhancement initiatives and smallprojects, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and timely issueresolution.

·      Resource Coordination:Coordinate internal stakeholders and third‑party vendors (e.g. AMSteams) to ensure effective delivery, issue resolution, and follow‑up.

·      Scope Definition:Assist in defining project scope, requirements, and objectives with relevantstakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.Support the development of project plans and progress tracking where required.

·      System Testing:Test system areas during implementations, enhancements, upgrades, andconfiguration changes, including participation in SIT and UAT activities.

·      Integration Monitoring:Monitor HR system integrations and interfaces, identify failures or datainconsistencies, and coordinate resolution with vendors or internal teams toensure data accuracy and operational continuity. This includes integrationssupporting HR, Finance, and safety‑related business processes.

·      Cross‑FunctionalCollaboration: Work with different teams (HR, Payroll,Finance, internal IT) to diagnose issues, implement changes, and managedependencies across systems.

·      Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive and audit‑ready documentation,including configuration references, interface descriptions, SOPs, and projectartefacts.

·      User Support:Provide end‑usersupport to ensure system adoption, usability, and smooth daily operations.

·      Issue Resolution:Resolve issues related to system upgrades, releases, fixes, and continuousimprovements, coordinating vendors where necessary.

·      Knowledge Transfer:Partner with team members to ensure alignment, continuity, and effectiveknowledge sharing.

·      Global Rollouts:Support global and regional HR system rollouts, deployments, and post‑go‑live stabilizationactivities.

Skills and Experience:

Educational Background:

·      Degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable university.

Technical Skills:

·      3–5 years’ experience with SAPSuccessFactors systems (especially Employee Central and related modules).

·      Experience supporting SAPConcur is highly preferred.

·      Experience in supportingintegrations and interfaces between SuccessFactors and other enterprisesystems; exposure to middleware solutions (e.g. CPI) is an advantage.

·      Proficiency in supporting ITprojects and enhancements, including requirements analysis, testing, anddeployment support.

·      Experience with HRIS reportingand analytics, including support of SuccessFactors reporting tools (e.g. StoryReports), data validation, and troubleshooting reporting discrepancies.

Professional Experience:

·      3–5 years of experiencesupporting HR systems and contributing to HR technology initiatives andenhancements.

·      Experience working inenvironments balancing BAU operations and project‑based enhancements.

Soft Skills:

·      Strong analytical skills toassess business needs and evaluate solution impacts across systems.

·      Good communication skills tointeract effectively with business users, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

·      Strong interpersonal skills towork independently and collaboratively within a team.

·      Structured problem‑solving skills foroperational issues, enhancements, and system changes.

·      Strong attention tovalidation, documentation, and alignment with business sponsors, stakeholders,and management.
