Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Trauma Registry Management
• Maintain and manage trauma data
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely upload to System
• Assign trauma scores
• Conduct 6-month and 12-month follow-up outcome interviews

Operations & Process Support
• Assist in the development of trauma registry databases
• Draft workflows, SOPs and work instructions

Quality Management
• Prepare the department for trauma registry audits
• Monitor quality indicators and analyse performance trends
• Support trauma quality improvement initiatives

Secretariat Support
• Provide secretariat support for Trauma Committee and audit meetings
• Prepare meeting agenda and minutes
• Coordinate stakeholders and follow up on action items

Additional Responsibilities
• Support trauma research data extraction when required
• Contribute to departmental and institutional improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 2 years of work experience (healthcare or service industry preferred)
