Duties:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessment, care planning, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring of clinical conditions.
• Supervise and guide Enrolled Nurses, Nursing Aides, and Healthcare Assistants to ensure safe, high-quality, and person-centred care.
• Assist the Nurse Clinician in coordinating daily ward operations, managing complex cases, and ensuring compliance with clinical policies and nursing standards.
• Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, residents, and families to develop and implement individualised care plans.
• Monitor residents' progress, document clinical findings accurately, and respond promptly to changes in condition or medical emergencies.
• Support quality improvement, infection prevention, and staff education initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday work week

• 2-Rotating Shifts / Working Hours (AM Shift : 7am – 4.30pm / PM Shift : 12pm – 9pm)
