• Position Title: Assistant Project Manager (Landscape / Construction)
• Working Location: Bedok
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8AM – 5PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of landscape projects.
• Support project operations, including manpower, material, and equipment allocation.
• Prepare and manage project documentation such as RFIs, change orders, progress claims, and project close-out reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality, progress, and safety compliance.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, reports, and claims.
• Assist in budgeting, cost monitoring, and procurement schedules.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards.
• Support tender preparation and other ad-hoc project tasks as assigned.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

• Diploma/Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in landscape or construction project management.
• Knowledge of landscape construction, horticultural practices, and site management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; MS Project or AutoCAD knowledge preferred.
• Able to read technical drawings and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Risk Assessment Management Level 2 certification and Class 3 driving licence are advantages.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
