• Position : Assistant Project Manager (Landscape/ Contracts & Coordination)
• Location : Choa Chu Kang (Bus Nearby)
• Working hours : 5 days a week -Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5200
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Landscape Architecture

Main Responsibilities:

• Support project coordination from planning to completion
• Monitor site progress, manpower, and material delivery
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality and safety compliance
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, claims, and variation orders
• Assist with quantity take-off, tender pricing, and procurement support
• Monitor project costs and support contract administration
• Assist in resolving site and coordination issues

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Landscape Management, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction, landscape, or project coordination environment
• Knowledge in tendering, procurement, contracts, or quantity surveying is an advantage
• Able to read technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, AutoCAD, and PDF editing tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Class 3 driving license preferred
