Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with internal support teams and partners to resolve administrative and operational issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Handle client enquiries, support servicing needs, and foster strong relationships through proactive communication and assistance.
• Assist in executing investment transactions, monitoring clients’ investment positions, and managing related documentation.
• Manage account-related processes including new account openings, maintenance, credit applications, and periodic reviews (KYC, CRQ, etc.).
• Identify and escalate suspicious client or staff activities (e.g., account irregularities) to appropriate departments as per compliance guidelines.
• Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements by completing mandatory training and applying the bank’s KYC/AML/CDD frameworks effectively.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of experience working in a similar role/ capacity in the banking industry
• CACS papers 1 & 2 certified
• CMFAS certifications
