Our client is from Energy Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Technical Assistant Sales Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in North area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow business opportunities by promoting EV charging and sustainable energy solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business strategies.
  • Develop sales plans and identify new market opportunities to achieve business growth and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding business needs and providing suitable technical and commercial solutions.
  • Prepare and present customised proposals, quotations, and solution presentations to support customer requirements.
  • Prepare tender submissions, sales documentation, and contract-related materials while supporting commercial negotiations when required.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and successful delivery after order confirmation.
  • Monitor project progress, manage customer enquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives, including customer visits, product presentations, and promotional activities.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency, customer service, and overall business performance.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Min 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or solution sales from similar environment, with people management skills
  • Exposure to tender preparation, project coordination, or solution-based selling is beneficial.
  • Good presentation, communication, negotiation, and customer/stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, DWG drawings, or technical drawings will be an advantage.
  • Comfortable travelling within Singapore for customer visits and business development activities.
