Your new role 

  • Lead day‑to‑day site operations across a large corporate office portfolio, ensuring service delivery meets performance targets and client expectations.
  • Manage and develop a multi‑disciplinary team, driving high performance, engagement, and capability development.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as the main point of contact for client engagement, issue resolution, and service delivery alignment.
  • Oversee vendor management, procurement, and contract performance to ensure quality service and value for money.
  • Manage budgeting, financial performance, and reporting, ensuring cost controls and targets are met.
  • Support space planning, office fit‑outs, and workplace changes in line with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and risk management requirements, while driving best practices across operations.
  • Lead reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

What you'll need to succeed 

  • Strong experience managing large FM portfolios or accounts in a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Proven leadership capability managing sizeable teams and multiple vendors.
  • Good understanding of workplace operations, M&E systems, and office fit‑out projects.
  • Strong financial and commercial awareness, including budgeting and contract management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
