Position: Associate Executive, HR (Learning & Development)
Contract Duration: 1-Year Contract
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Office Hours)
Salary:

  • Entry level (no experience require as training provided): $2,580
  • 1–2 years relevant experience: $2,600 – $2,800

Role Overview

The Associate Executive, HR (Learning & Development) supports the administration and coordination of training activities and learning operations across the organisation. The role involves managing training logistics, maintaining learning records, and supporting the Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities

Training Administration Support

  • Collate course nominations and manage training applications
  • Coordinate and confirm training arrangements
  • Process training-related payments, reimbursements, and claims
  • Track attendance and follow up on course participation and completion
  • Monitor submission of post-training documents (reports, certificates, results, etc.)
  • Provide administrative support for training programmes
  • Prepare training materials and coordinate in-house training sessions
  • Arrange training venues and logistics
  • Assist in funding and training grant/claim submissions
