Job Summary

Join a dynamic audit team to lead and execute comprehensive audits, enhance internal controls, and drive operational efficiency for a professional consultancy firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual audit plans to coordinate audit activities effectively
• Perform detailed audits of business operations, financial records, and compliance with policies and procedures
• Oversee audit planning and reporting to ensure adherence to established policies and timelines
• Supervise and evaluate a small audit team to review findings and ensure quality and timely delivery
• Assist in assessing risks and developing mitigation strategies to protect business interests
• Prepare clear, comprehensive reports detailing audit findings and actionable recommendations
• Support budget and timeline development for upcoming audits to optimize resource allocation
• Evaluate and improve audit procedures and internal controls to enhance operational efficiency
• Communicate audit progress, observations, and recommendations to management for informed decision-making
• Prepare complete and accurate audit work papers to support audit conclusions
• Analyze and resolve audit issues promptly to maintain audit integrity and effectiveness

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Accountancy
• 3-5 years of relevant financial audit experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Self-driven team player with sharp analytical skills
• Strong sense of accountability and ability to meet deadlines
• Effective communication skills and proficiency in report writing

Other Information

Salary from $3,800 to $4,800/month
