Job description

Backend Sales Assistant
Salary: $2500 - $2800 + Team Commission (Up to $ 300)
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Working Day: 5 days work
Working Location: Paya Lebar

Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery orders accurately
  • Coordinate with customers on order status, delivery schedules, and inquiries
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales data in the system
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance data
  • Handle documentation and filing
