• Job Title: Beauty Salon Manager / Senior Beautician
• Location: ShaeGlow Tampines Avenue 1, The Tropica, #01-02, Singapore 529775
• Salary: Basic Salary up to SGD 6,100 + Attractive Commissions

Working Hours:

• Tuesday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday: Off Day
• Must be willing to work on Public Holidays

Annual Leave:

• 10 days Annual Leave, increasing by 1 day yearly, capped at 14 days
• Medical Leave: 14 days

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional facial treatments and skincare services including hydra facials and radio frequency to clients
• Provide manicure and pedicure services with attention to hygiene and client satisfaction
• Perform hair services such as styling, colouring, spa treatments, haircuts, keratin treatments, and hair smoothening to meet client needs
• Apply makeup and perform saree draping with precision and creativity
• Execute waxing and threading services ensuring client comfort and safety
• Provide eyelash treatments including lash perm and extensions with care and accuracy
• Administer hot oil hair massage treatments to enhance client relaxation and hair health
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally to maintain client trust
• Maintain excellent customer relationships by delivering consistent, high-quality service
• Promote salon packages and retail products effectively to increase sales
• Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory to ensure product availability
• Ensure salon cleanliness and smooth daily operations to provide a welcoming environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant salon or beauty industry experience
• Possession of a valid beauty certification
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Hindi

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong public relations and sales skills demonstrated through client engagement and product promotion
• Proven customer service and complaint-handling skills to maintain client satisfaction
• Responsible, well-groomed, and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
