Responsibilities:

• Creating detailed 3D models and 2D drawings (CSD - Combined Services Drawings) for architectural, structural, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
• Using Navisworks or Revit to identify interferences between different services and coordinating with consultants, architects, and contractors to resolve them.
• Conducting site measurements, inspections, and acting as the point of contact for design information.
• Ensuring compliance with BIM standards and managing project models

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Understanding of engineering principles (civil, structural, or MEP).
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
