Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering Services
• Position Title: BIM Modeller (Electrical) (6-month contract)
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 8.45am – 5.45pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $3,500 – $5,000
• Duration: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update BIM models for electrical services using Revit.
• Prepare detailed 3D models for electrical systems, including cable trays, trunking, conduits, and equipment layouts.
• Prepare shop drawings and coordination drawings based on BIM models.
• Support clash detection and coordination with other disciplines, including Mechanical, Architectural, and Civil teams.
• Ensure BIM models follow project BIM standards and requirements.
• Update models based on design changes and site conditions.
• Assist engineers and BIM coordinators with model updates and project documentation.

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of BIM modelling experience for electrical services.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Familiar with BIM coordination processes and drawing production.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Able to work at the Tuas site when required. Transportation is provided from the designated MRT station to the site office.
