Our esteemed client in the M&E Engineering industry is seeking a BIM Modeller (Mechanical – ACMV) to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: 3 years contract
• Position: BIM Modeller
• Location: Islandwide (depends on project’s location)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Thu, 8.30am to 6pm; Fri, 8.30 - 5.30pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $4,700 + Bonus
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed M&E shop drawings from as-built references and ensure timely submission.
• Ensure all drawings meet project specifications and technical standards for quality compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams to accurately update and revise drawings to support coordination and progress.
• Assist in preparing and organizing documentation for records and digital model submissions to improve project tracking.
• Support the Project Manager with project completion tasks and ad-hoc assignments asrequired.

Job Requirements:

• At least NITEC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software for producing and modifying technical drawings.
• Able to work in different site locations and adapt to dynamic project environments.
