Job description

Our client is a leading Real Estate company. They are looking for a Building Manager to assist their Building team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at Central of Singapore– easily accessible.

Duties

• Lead and Manage Operations – Oversee a team of Executives and vendors to ensure smooth building and facilities management, covering M&E, cleaning, security, landscaping, and pest control services.
• Quality and Compliance Oversight – Conduct regular inspections, supervise maintenance works, and ensure all services meet contractual, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Vendor & Contract Management – Handle tendering, evaluation, and performance reviews of vendors; recommend improvements and ensure cost-effective, high-quality service delivery.
• Budgeting & Reporting – Prepare and manage annual budgets, operational reports, and expenditure tracking to support strategic decision-making.
• Sustainability & Safety Initiatives – Champion Green Mark and sustainability projects, and ensure compliance with SCDF requirements through fire drills, CERT training, and safety audits.
• Stakeholder & Tenant Relations – Build strong relationships with tenants and authorities, manage tenancy matters, and maintain all required licenses, documentation, and correspondence.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Building Management, or equivalent
• With at least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
• Experienced in managing business commercial building
