Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Support the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Assist in building and maintaining a sales pipeline.
  • Prepare sales reports, updates, and market feedback for management review.
  • Participate in client meetings, events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are followed up.
  • Maintain good product knowledge and keep updated on market trends.
  • Support account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
