Role Summary

·       Drive international market expansion for BESS, Hybrid Energy Solutions, and Power Generation Equipment

·       Identify, qualify, and develop distributors, rental equipment companies, EPCs, and industrial clients across overseas markets

·       Support commercial negotiations, partner onboarding, and regional sales strategy under CEO direction

·       Represent the organisation at international trade shows, exhibitions, and partner meetings

Key Duties

·       Identify and evaluate distributors, rental equipment companies, EPCs, and industrial clients in target markets

·       Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and opportunity analysis

·       Generate leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, calls, exhibitions, conferences, and trade missions

·       Qualify prospects and build long-term distributor relationships

·       Support contract discussions and commercial negotiations under CEO direction

·       Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to prepare proposals and presentations

·       Assist in onboarding new distributors and channel partners

·       Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales pipeline, outreach performance, and market trends

·       Track distributor performance and regional sales activities

·       Support regional business strategy development

·       Represent the organisation at international trade shows and partner meetings

·       Promote BESS and Hybrid Energy Solutions to overseas markets

Requirements

·       Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or related discipline

·       2–5 years of experience in International Business Development, Industrial Equipment, Energy Solutions, or Construction-Related Industries (Power Generator Field)

·       Experience in BESS, Power Systems, or Construction Equipment is an advantage

·       Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and presentation skills
