Key Responsibilities

• Introducing and promoting the company’s educational products and services

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and training sessions

• Organise and participate in road shows, exhibitions and promotional events

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

• Conduct telemarketing and online customer engagement activities

Requirements

• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, tablets and online platforms

• Friendly, patient and customer-oriented personality

• Familiar with social media and current online business trends

• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (Malay language skills will be an added advantage)
