Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering/Construction
• Position Title: Business Development Manager (Construction & Prefabrication Solutions)
• Working Location: Sungei Kadut
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + HP Allowance + Vehicle Allowance + VB
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and built environment sector.
• Promote the company’s DFMA, prefabrication, and M&E solutions to developers, consultants, architects, and main contractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and upcoming projects to identify suitable sales opportunities.
• Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and business development plans.
• Work closely with internal teams on tender submissions and project opportunities.
• Achieve business growth and sales targets.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3 years of relevant business development or sales experience in construction, M&E, engineering, or prefabrication
• Knowledge of DFMA, PPVC, MEP prefabrication, modular construction, or related technologies will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
