Job Description

  • Position Title: Business Development Manager
  • Working Location: Joo Seng (Walk distance from MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the product lifecycle during the commercialization stage while contributing to the development and execution of the overall product roadmap.
  • Develop accurate product forecasts, track performance metrics, and monitor financial results to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Plan and implement market launch strategies, while managing product performance and positioning throughout its lifecycle.
  • Establish, manage, and continuously refine pricing frameworks, including setting guidelines and limits for Volume Purchase Agreements (VPA).
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing teams to support product strategy development and Bluebook preparation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
  • Prior exposure to cables, sealants, or related applications is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated track record in handling complex pricing negotiations with key customers.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage across cross-functional teams.
