Job description

  1. Develop new business opportunities in high-tech engineering sectors

  2. Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders (Director / VP / C-level)

  3. Drive strategic account growth and long-term partnerships

  4. Identify early-stage opportunities before RFQ and tender stages

  5. Work with internal engineering teams to develop tailored solutions

  6. Support pricing, proposals, and commercial negotiations

  7. Track market trends and identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years experience in B2B sales / business development / key account management

  • Experience in precision engineering, optics, photonics, semiconductor, or medical device industries preferred

  • Strong ability in solution selling and technical discussions

  • Good commercial and negotiation skills

  • Degree in Engineering or related field preferred

  • Comfortable engaging senior-level clients

  • Regional travel required when needed
