Nearest MRT: Tai Seng MRT Station
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: $6500 - $8000 (commensurate with experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Operations / Business Planning Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of the sales function. This is a non-sales role focused on strategic planning, team structure, and supporting long-term client growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales operations to ensure alignment with business objectives and growth targets
  • Develop and implement business plans and commercial strategies to support revenue growth
  • Partner with sales teams to improve performance, pipeline visibility, and reporting quality
  • Support client retention and account development initiatives for existing customers
  • Analyse sales and market data to provide insights and recommendations to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. engineering, operations, product) to enhance service delivery and customer experience
  • Manage product lifecycle during commercialization phase and contribute to product roadmap development
  • Develop product forecasts and monitor financial performance and profitability
  • Support go-to-market execution, including product launches and market introduction plans
  • Define and refine pricing guidelines, including Volume Purchase Agreements (VPA)
  • Support product marketing initiatives, including strategy development and commercial documentation

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Prior experience in sales operations / business planning / commercial management
  • Good understanding of sales processes and team management
  • Experience in engineering or technical industry is highly preferred
  • Prior exposure to sales or client-facing roles is advantageous
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
